📋 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 700bet5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 700bet5 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and customer support services.

700bet5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 700bet5 platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

🔞 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on 700bet5, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 700bet5 will not accept registrations from, or permit access to, any individual under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, automated accounts, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from 700bet5 or subject to any cooling-off period that remains active at the time of registration or login.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are unsure whether gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction, you are responsible for seeking appropriate legal advice before using the platform.
• You must register with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false information at registration, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Acceptable identification documents for age and identity verification include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and a valid Bangladeshi passport. Additional documents may be requested at the discretion of the 700bet5 compliance team.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any winnings accrued by an underage account will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the source of the original deposit after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

Section 03

👤 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may register a maximum of one (1) account on 700bet5. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 700bet5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances if multiple registrations are detected.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Bangladesh NID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for OTP verification)
• Email address
• Preferred Bangladeshi payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 700bet5 strongly recommends enabling the optional OTP two-step login feature, which sends a one-time PIN to your registered mobile number each time a login is attempted from a new device.

You must notify 700bet5 immediately at support@700bet5.net if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred. 700bet5 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your 700bet5 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, or operated by, any other individual. Any activity conducted on your account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you are fully responsible for that activity.

Section 04

💳 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 700bet5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi financial institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 for bank transfer methods.
• Mobile wallet deposits are processed instantly in most cases, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer deposits are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded to the source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.

🎁 Bonus and Promotions Policy

700bet5 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Independence Day. General bonus conditions that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 700bet5 platform. A breach of any of the prohibited conduct rules is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of the breach:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using forged or altered identity documents, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Multiple account operation: Registering or operating more than one 700bet5 account under any name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers, including but not limited to: matched betting across accounts, arbitrage between bonus and real money balances, or circumventing wagering requirements through low-variance game play in a manner that constitutes abuse at the discretion of the 700bet5 risk team.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that interacts with the platform on behalf of a player without direct human input.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet or bank provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed on 700bet5. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a malfunction, bug, or error in the platform's software. Any winnings arising from an identifiable software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity interruptions, device failures, or mobile network outages beyond 700bet5's control that affect a bet or game session already in progress.
• Decisions made in good faith by the 700bet5 risk, compliance, or promotions teams in connection with account review, KYC, bonus eligibility, or suspected prohibited conduct.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's mobile wallet provider or banking institution.
• Any tax liability arising in connection with winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 700bet5 support team will be handled through the platform's internal dispute resolution process.
